Inspired by the Shakespearean \u201cseven ages of man\u201d, this collection traces our lives from the beginning to the beginning of the end \u2026 encompassing childhood, romance and coupling, parenthood, the challenges of our workaday lives, and the experiences that come along later in life. The poems I have chosen are from both old familiar authors and many unknown contemporary poets.<\/p>\nIt sounds serious! But expect to be surprised \u2026I have been lucky to find an exciting group of readers, relative newcomers Agathe Osinski and James Hogan, combined with favourite familiars: Janet Middleton, Liz Ross, David Steen and Mark Prescott.
