ATC presents Renaissance Farces

adapted by Joseph Strick, directed by Christine Marchand-Long

Three sixteenth century faces: ‘The Anatomist’ – an old man who should know better than to chase young girls gets the fright of his life; ‘The Trial of Sister Bigass’ – nocturnal carryings-on in a convent; ‘Tarabin’ – the scheming servant receives his just retribution.

ITG presents Boom

written and directed by Vicent Eaton

Three people get together to plot to blow up the world. Boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom. They succeed.

ECC presents Faust

written by Christopher Marlowe, directed by Steve Challens

Marlowe’s Faust tale re-told. The story of a man and his deal in selling his soul to the Devil. A myth that still resonates in today’s society.

The ATC would like to invite you to a fun evening of food, drink, drama, music and improvisational comedy, including the winning entry from the ATC’s 2007 Playwriting competition, The Powerforce, written and directed by Ryan Millar. In addition, there will be food provided by Belgo Belge and improvisational comedy.

22-26 April 2008 at the Scarabaeus Theatre, 19-27, rue Creuse, Schaerbeek at 8 p.m.
€25 for the performances and a light buffet supper / €15 for the performances only

ATC: The Compleat Works… (22-31 Jan)

The Compleat Works of Wllm Shkspr (abridged)
Written in the style of Reader’s Digest, acted like Monty Python and performed at the speed of a minute waltz. If you’re feeling blue after the turkey and presents, come and burn away some of the post-holiday blues with a night of high-energy comedy.
 
Performances will take place at 8pm on 22-24 January and 27-31 January 2008
at the Warehouse Studio Theatre, Rue Waelhem 69a, 1030 Schaerbeek.
Tickets cost 15 euros (13 euros for groups of 10 or more Tuesdays to Thursdays).
